Nonsense. Any beverage with enough CO2 will have some foam with a traditional tap. Also, there are beers like Guinness in which a creamy head is desirable to the point that they are mixed with nitrogen when tapped for the purpose of creating such a head. I was thinking a creamy nitrogen head would go well with the butteryness but it's up to you, brewmistress.
