Is "prologue" part of final book? Still cannot buy it!!

I just tried again to purchase the prologue again and am still being told that people in Australia cannot buy it.
Very annoying, to put it mildly.

 

Has anyone in Oz found a way to obtain the prologue?

 

Is it self contained or is it also included in the final book?

The Prologue is a part of the book, so you don't need to buy it separate. 

 

It would be best just to buy the whole book than try and order the prologue and also buy the book.
