Possible Amol Foreshadowing in Cot

Do you think this is possible foreshadowing for a shadow attack on the white tower? or do you think this was actually a raken since it happened just before the seanchan attack? or is this just random monologue.

For a long time everyone thought it was a raken scouting the Tower for the Seanchan attack, but Jordan actually killed that one and stated that it was just a bat.
