Cema found herself walking down dark hallways only lit by the lightball she held infront of her and the moonlight flowing in the windows. She looked out every now and then up towards the stars as she walked. She had reported to her head and it would soon enough be morning as over half the nigth has passed. She allowed herself to sigh silently to herself as no one was around, she was walking into another round of questions as her feets tread towards the blue quarters.

It was not often she where up here but she had once been here in another dealing and as such knew where one of the blue sitters rested, though when she had been here last the woman hadnt been sitter. None of the mather as her feet came to rest outside the door she was sure to be the right one and knocked. Then waited, hoping the other had waked, she was sure the woman like most wouldnt like beeing awakened, but these news couldnt wait if she made them wait it would raise questions. Bether be done, cema looked to the side taking in the hall she found herself in.

  • 3 weeks later...

Wind rustled the curtains that hung in her large open window, and a breeze danced across her face. Keraselle Morveine slept comfortably underneath a down blanket. Her chest rose and fell with the delightful monotony of a deep sleep.

Out of nowhere, a loud knock erupted her slumber. Dark eyes opening slowly, she shook her head to try and clear some of the fuzz from her dream. Had the knock really happened? Surely no one would even dare to think of knocking on my door at this hour. Morning is surely only a couple hours away! Smoothing her brown hair down onto her pillow, she picked at a strand of the gray and wound it around her index finger. As she began to settle back down beneath the sheets, the strong knock sounded again.

"What on earth could be happening? It better be something close to the Last Battle or I'll..." Grasping at a long sheer robe, she wrapped it around her bulky shift. No one had ever seen this much of her skin! Keraselle was a beautiful woman, even into her old age, however, she hated her beauty and loathed the fact that she had been given this curse.

"Coming!" She yelled as she approached her door. With a quick thought, Keraselle channeled brief strands of Air to pick up a couple of the books that littered her floor. Whoever was at her door, must believe their information was pretty bloody important.

Upon opening the door, she peered into the face of Cemarillin Sedai. Arching a dark eyebrow, she stood back and motioned for the other woman to enter her quarters. Light, it had been a long time since she had seen this woman. "Please, sit down, Cemarillin Sedai. I assume you carry important news for me, or you would have waited a couple more hours. Shall I warm the tea?"

Kera sat down and awaited Cema's answer

"Coming!" Cema waited patiently untill the door was opened and she saw Keraselle wraped in a robe motioning for her to enter. "Please, sit down, Cemarillin Sedai. I assume you carry important news for me, or you would have waited a couple more hours. Shall I warm the tea?" Cema sliped down on the coutch and nodded in respons before speaking, “yes it may be best, there will be hours still before i can find my bed.” She could notice it now, the wearyness, she knew she was not as young as she once was, yet far from the oldest in the tower either. She accepted the cup of tea with a thankfull nodd of her head, “I would have come sooner but for other conserns” she sipped the tea and let the warmth flow down her troath, before speaking again. “Important I guess but just as well sad, maybe above all sad,” yes she nodded it was the rigth words, everything depended upon her story beeing belived. There could be no more digging into what had happened it all would need to come of as unfortunate circumstances, this so the future could go on undisturbed, and the white tower.

Puting down the cup she deemed it time to serve the news. “It is unfortunate that the power dont make us more imortal then others when it come to the simplest weapons..” She looked up meeting the blue sisters eyes when she delivered the ending words “..like the arrow that killed one of our sisters, Ata Sedai is dead.” She paused to let the news sink in. Then started explaing as she saw she had the full attention now of Keraselle.

“I rescived news of a posible dark friend whom i have been tracking, i went out to see if the trail found could still be followed as it wasnt that far, or if it was gone cold, it was tracking it back towards Tar Valon through braem wood i came upon them. Dressed in much the same manners as a noble or some such, and with her youthfull new face not speaking of whom she was anymore..” it was known now that indeed Ata had lost the agelessness and by her reports that had caused enough missunderstandings in the begining before peoples learned the truth. “..they took her for one i guess, her warder neither in his robe due to the heat would have come off as a guard, one guard only must have been to tempting for what turned out to not be just one but a small group of them. To late was it revealed what she was, or so i figure as one can only speculate what has went through their minds, men tend to be desperate, and sertainly that there where so many and the fact they must have known a pursuit would soon be on their heals should she come away to report them...” she let it hang a litle “..it must have been enough to make them desperate to the extent they where willing to carry it through regardless.” She looked thougthfull into the air before as if nodding to herself to confirm what she wanted to seem as the conclution she had come up with in trying to solve the ridle.

“A very foolish thing to do which should never have worked, hadnt it been for the fact that they where enough to engage her warder and still some to spare on the attack against her, still hadnt it been for her limited strength..” she shook her head as she didnt belive that it would have worked not for that. “I came upon them in the midle of the batle, and where able to help make sure none of them left alive, but somehow one of them had fired an arrow at her..” she shook her head sadly “..I tried to help her, but my limited skills with healing wasnt enough, mayhaps a yellow..” she looked up from her cup of finished tea. “If i had come but earlier or known there where more who had joined him, but there are so many if’s as there always been, one can never know untill fate is upon one what mistaces one made, or which information one lack, the best of plans only work untill batle starts and then more often then not chaos rule.” That was her experince anyway, and when that time come it was that proof came about of who was really the most skilled in all the ways it took to change alongside the changing batle as to keep up.

She listened to the silence and descided to serve the second strand of information before the questions could come. “Though i came to late for her, if i had not come at all there would have been two lives lost and darkfriends still in the free, so if nothing else at least some good came out of it.” She paused and watched the look upon Keraselles face, though for others the years of training would have made it seem just as serene as others, but an Aes Sedai trained in watching for such things would see the smallest sign of sliping in the mask. She descided to not wait till the other could puzle it out “Nuitari Asteri lives, to let such a resource go to waist in these times with all the stories and rumors of the change in the world hardly seemed like the sencible thing to do. Though with what has been lost for him in time it will take time to heal the wounds..” she let that hang open, it was not something she would talk more about, nor something she expected to be asked more about, not here anyway. Among the yellows maybe, they migth think they could help though even they would not insist in length if she but made it clear she was not interested in help, afterall another womans warder was her buisnis alone, that was the custom, and she intended to make good use of it to fend of any interest any migth have for her newly bonded warder. Pouring herself another cup of tea as she awaited the questions, she thougth to herself that if nothing else at least her sisters would respect that and as such make sure others had to, who afterall but a green knew more about warders.
