Hello. One of my friends introduced me to the series and I'm currently reading Eye of the World at the moment. I'm about halfway through and I'm pretty excited for what's to come. I wish I didn't have to school coming up soon so that I can finish reading all the books before I pick up a copy of Towers of Midnight.

 

I'm a little stubborn like Egwene but I like the character of Moiraine :D Thom is all fun and I can't help but think Matt needs to keep quiet now and then ;P

Hey there! Welcome to DM... you have the most exciting journey to come! My only suggestion as a reader of WoT of almost 20 years to a new reader is go slow, try to take everything in - even the seemingly minor details become clear later on. But most of all HAVE FUN!!!

I just realized a majority of the topics in the forum have spoilers yeks!! Is there a place for specific books to discussion. Like I'm going to maybe start reading The Great Hunt next if I get the time between classes and I only want to know everything until The Great Hunt. That would be great.

That's a good question! Looking through those boards (as I don't visit them that often), I can't see anything for each book individually (and I know we used to). If you look in the Structured Wheel of Time Discussion board, you can find aspects that relate to each book, like "Mat Blew What?: "The Great Hunt"". But some thread headings do give spoilers. All I can do is ask in the Staff Board for you as it isn't an area I know that well.

Having asked in the Staff Board, the Mat Blew What?: "The Great Hunt" thread is the one that discusses that book. So you should be able to find the other books lurking in that board as well. I hope that helps - it helped me! lol!
