TFoH: How Elayne bonded Birgitte? How did she learn the bonding weave?

OK please read the quote below. It seems Elayne did not understand every weave the Aes Sedai used to bond the man. But if she did not know each and every weave how she was able to duplicate it to bond Birgitte?
