Wheel of Time song by Blind Guardian

In my opinion its not the greatest song ever but I thought that some people in these parts might want to have a bit of a listen, enjoy.

Further investigating this band yielded another WoT inspired song from the same album called "Ride into obsession" (below), as well as an asoiaf inspired song called "War of the Thrones". Blind Guardian have also done a Silmarillion inspired concept album called "Nightfall in Middle-Earth", as well as songs from other albums inspired by novels by other fantasy authors. Interesting stuff from a West German power metal band. Take a look if you're interested.

I always said power metal/symphonic metal/melodeath/prog metal/etc. bands were filled with the nerdiest of all people. And look- A WoT inspired song! :D

Love this band, saw 'em live a couple of months ago. They didn't play this song, though :(

 

Anyways, I didn't really like the song when I first heard it (after having waited for ages for the album to come out...), but it grew on me

I wonder if this song by Neverland is after Wheel of Time? Just listening to some other Neverland songs after listening to that song posted by Talmanes earlier in this thread.
