Towers of Midnight

I am not sure what to think but I was going through The World of the Wheel of Time and saw the map of Seanchan and saw that the Towers of Midnight is listed as a location in the northern part of the empire.  Any speculation on what might happen in ToM to bring on the title of the next book?

The title can be taken as a literal reference to the Towers of Midnight fortress-complex in Imfaral (a city in Seanchan), which has thirteen towers and is thus a reference to the number of the book. It may also hint that the Seanchan plot-thread is resolved in this volume ahead of the Last Battle, which is expected to be the focus of the final volume. Other references may include the Black and White Towers or the Tower of Ghenjei, as major unresolved plot lines for the series may revolve around these towers.

I'm hoping the ToM refers to all the different towers.

Speculation about the book I take is only allowed in this thread:

Robert Jordan I take told that there would be no more visits to Seanchan.

There are no plans to visit Seanchan in any greater extent than it already has been visited, and there are not going to be any visits to Shara either.
