Just to take the edge off. Did you know that most people gain 20 pounds when they quit smoking?

That's almost depressing enough to keep doing it.

I know someone who drank water to deal with both the smoking and eating cravings... Could be an idea? I don't know what your water is like though

It's all bottled and purified, so no worries there. It also helps that I'm stuck on a drilling rig till Saturday morning, so I can't go out and get a bunch off food to stuff my face. I only have what I brought and that isn't much 'cause my wife has me on a diet. I haven't even had a Coke in 4 days!! I'm ready to lose my mind out here!  :D
