Newbie mod help

I'm writing a mafia game. I'll be running it eventually in the WT org. I'd love it if one of you experienced mods who won't be playing would look it over and let me know if you think it's balanced properly. I'm nearly done, although I'm not sure what it is supposed to look like. I have my notes and a back story. I know I need to draft the role PM's still. But other than that, I'm not sure. Could someone help me? Oh! It's based on the TV show Charmed Season 5.
