Coming weekend

Any one have big plans for the 4th of July weekend?

I'm working at Arby's today and tomorrow, then I get Monday off, and then i work again on the 4th. :( It's because all of my family is in Texas. So, no I have no plans.

The 4th is on Tuesday and I don't get Monday off from class, so it's not really "4th of July weekend" for me. It's just an ordinary weekend. :P

I live in Florida, and it is legal here for certain fireworks (anything so long as it doesnt go up in the air or blow up hence no fire crackers or rockets mortars etc.. mainly sparklers jumping jacks and tank type stuff are legal). There are always booths selling the good stuff. This year though the police have gone around to all of the booths and confiscated said goodstuff. I went to a Fireworks warehouse and bought the good stuff, but they had signs up saying that if you were buying fireworks it was for resale purposes only and that only certain people are liscenced to fire off specific fireworks. So basically its illegal to shoot them off and posses them, but it is legal to buy them. This has never been heavily enforced before though. Makes no sense to me. I am going to wait for the sky above my neighborhood to look like a war zone then Im going to fire the good stuff.

The ones with that he cooks in the oven with the foil bag and liquid, then makes the sauce out of the remaining liquid? I havent tried that yet, but I swear by his cooking a steak in a cast iron skillet recipe. Let us know how they come out.
