newbie's greetings from Kansas

Hey, I'm new here (Obviously). You can either call me Black-Cloaked Stranger or just Bryan. Or my nickname, Bran. I don't care, either way.

A few weeks before Christmas, I borrowed The Eye of the World from my sister, and instantly became attached to the books. I'm now reading The Great Hunt and anticipating the rest of the series. I'm ashamed of myself that I didn't start reading this series sooner!

My sister is not a member, as far as I know. I doubt it. She's always too busy to get on a computer. Her boyfriend, on the other hand, might be a member.

BTW, my nickname "Bran" didn't originate from Bran al'Vere, just to avoid confusion. my nickname originated before reading Eye of the World, actually. My friends, for some odd reason, calls me Bran (or Branflakes). I found it funny how there was a character named Bran, though.

A brown sister MIA? Did you check the Tar Valon Archives, they tend to get lost in there you know, and most times you need their warder to find them (Or an Encyclopedia WoT)

 

But anyway, Welcome Bran to the community! Yes, as Raeyn said...we are crazy, or are we? I can never get that figured out, though being a Wolfkin I am bound to be at least 1/10ths crazyish, and then there is ofcourse everyone in the black tower who is 9/10ths crazy (Not counting my brother who I swear is 10/10ths crazy)....I am rambling again arnt I? <Sigh> I need to stop doing that. back to the welcome!

Since no one has said it yet, look around the Orgs and see if you like anything, and if you are into Roleplaying in the WoT Universe, (Though I think you might want to read a few more books, atleast up till Winter's Heart) Then check out the Divisions down there, (Were all the crazyness is) Or check out Revelution one which is a free style RP board.

Anyway...I should stop talking, eventualy someone is going to show up who talks more then me, so I should save some space eh?
