Captain America - Joe Johnston, the man who gave us the Rocketeer, is directing the film.  Here is a quote from the Hollywood Reporter "This is a guy who designed the vehicles for 'Star Wars,' who storyboarded the convoy action sequence for 'Raiders of the Lost Ark,' " Feige said. "From 'Rocketeer' to 'October Sky' to 'The Wolfman,' you can look at pieces of his movies and see how they lead to this one."

 

Life - The TV show has been picked up for a full second season.

 

Lost - Moving back to Wednesday night 9pm time slot.  Premiere is Jan 21st.

 

More Sex - Kim Cattrall has confirmed what we all pretty much know - There WILL be a sequel to this year's box office hit "Sex and the City: The Movie".

30 Days of Night 2 -A sequel to 2007's Arctic vampire flick "30 Days of Night" was just confirmed at the American Film Market taking place in Los Angeles this week with original film scribe Steve Niles returning to write the sequel alongside Ben Katei.

 

POC4 - The British press is repeating the rumors that Russell Brand has been offered $8 million to play Jonathan Sparrow, brother of Johnny Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow, in the next "Pirates of the Caribbean".
