How many people want to see the world of WOT end when the last book comes out? Hw many people would love to read some more of WOT land? Just a suggestion I'm thwoin out there. I have an idea. I have a dream, ti run an RP on this board of epic proportions. One thread. tied into countless other threads. All threads leading to an ultimate goal/conclusion. One grand ultimate adventure.  When it is finished I, and whoever wants to have a hand in it, will compile the threads into a complete story. One that can be published, expanded upon, and be turned into a series. Have it take place in the Age of Legends, or Post Rand Land, Either way, I would love it to be epic. I want the fans to continue to enjoy WOT world for years to come. I personally dont want it to end. It can be works written by the fans, for the fans. It could become something great.

I don't think a book series would work about DM, to be honest, too little consistency with the timeline. It'd take a decade to figure out who was a Novice when, for example, and we'd have Novices being brought in by Aes Sedai 100 years younger than they are from a chronological POV.

It'll take a while before we get to TG here, but after that i'm sure there's still plenty of work left to be done in Randland (the sheer fact that there were outrigger novels planned proves this).

The continent is in ruins, and even though the DO is sealed away there'll still be Dreadies and one (or more) Forsaken on the loose (remember Ishi?) that dig in and lick their wounds before setting up new power bases for the Shadow again. Because of the very purpose of the Wheel, the Light can't score a complete victory against the Shadow just like the Shadow can never conquer the Light.

...That, and even though there'd be some outrigger novels that were planned but never written i doubt any of us can write like RJ could. We'd risk ruining the series too much to take the chance, and to be honest i think it's fine the way it is after AMoL comes out.
