Aslan stoped the horse and listened, he couldnt hear anything but his own heart pounding, he where wondering if he where beeing paranoid.

It was in a village just out of Far Madding he heard rumors that the Children where looking for some killer who had taken out some men and left them dead in the midle of the road.

Aslan grabed his cloak and pulled it thigther, he didnt know maybe it wasnt him he couldnt remember, maybe they had attaced someone else who had killed them, but in his dreams he saw rain and storm, the road where muddy and bodies bleading...bload soaking wet clothes. But he couldnt remember, maybe it was just his mind playing games with him, then again he still hadnt remembered how he sudenly had come to be camping in the evening. The whole day where gone for him, he couldnt go home, but he still found himself heading for the coast, maybe there he could hide, he would be far away from here and he knew the forest back home bether.

Spurring the horse on he shook his head, it had been a two and a half week since he left that village, he thougth he would be in Tear by now, though he wasnt sure, he tried to stay away from the roads and peoples, relying on seting traps.

He heard a noice, then voices, and then there was a voice in his head...get away...he was so tired...and sudenly the world fogged...

Jakar looked around, where was he, in the woods and cold, then he heard the voices...no he had killed those fools surely it couldnt be them who where following him...maybe they hadnt been alone...he would need to find a place where he could bether defend himself, cold eyes looked around and then he spured the gneldring forward towards a ridge...

He enjoyed the rain and as he rode it started to whip up, it would make the ground soaked, bether figthing conditions, more fitting with his mood...the storm raged inside him as the wind picked up...he kicked the gneldring in the ribs urging the beast to run faster...

Nakor was enjoying the day immensley, it was bright, warm, and sunny and reminded him of his home in Mayene. That wasn't hard to imagine since they were now as close as he'd been since leaving his family to train at the Black Tower. He had come to Tear to assist Ashaman Covai with recruiting more men to their cause. This was different than most recruiting trips because, since they had a front base here, men actually came looking for them in addition to the recruiting they did.

This morning Covai he and Covai had both sensed someone channelling Saidin some distance away and had left the city to investigate. They hadn't felt anything since and Nakor was beginning to think it might have been nothing at all. Then the rains came.

Out of a perfectly clear day clouds formed almost instantly and let their burden of water fall on the two men riding side by side. A few seconds of hesitation caused Nakor to get very wet very quickly before he took hold of Saidin and fought past the desire to sick up from the taint. Then he mimicked the shield Covai had raised to protect himself from the rain and wove Fire and Air to remove the water from himself and his clothes.

"Well, maybe this wasn't a wild goose chase after all, Sir. Someone appears to be channelling nearby, and I'd say it's coming from that ridge over there."

Covai agreed and they made their way to the ridgeline. When they got closer he saw a man riding wildly toward the ridge from the opposite direction. Noone else was in sight. This must be the one they'd come for. Drawing as much of Saidin as he could he submitted to authority and waited for Ashaman Covai to take the lead.

This was probably just an untrained boy with no idea what he was doing, and if so he wouldn't need to draw upon so much power, but one could never be too careful. This could be a dreadlord, or one of the Forsaken hiding most of his power. Whoever it was it would be the Ashaman's job to decide how to proceed.
