Thinkng of reviving JK

I have some plans for Jeffery Kincaid so taht kinda means heneeds to be an Asha'man.

 

Anything I need to do.  His bio should be on the bio board.  He was also approved with the talent Age of Legends Healing, can I move forward as is?
