Semirhage is my favourite. 

 

I don't know...something about her (probably her sadism) makes her more evil than the other women and i'm a big fan of powerful women.  I know Lanfear had the strongest ability, but Lanfear never manipulated people the way Semirhage could.  I mean, she escaped from a prison one time by scaring the crap out of her guards - who in turn, HELPED her escape because they were so afraid of her.  I think that's awesome.

 

Semirhage is my choice.  Besides which I loved when Cadsuane was like "you only incriminate yourself" and she replied "why should I deny who i am?  I am Semirhage"  That's so cool!!!!
