Well...it'd be a bit more like our world, really. No more turnings of the wheel would mean no more rebirth (no Dragon Reborn), and so not much in Randland could've happened. No Wheel, no Pattern, no story.

 

Other than that, debating it's chance of breakage makes about as much philosophical sense as asking "What would happen if the air we breathed contained cyanide instead of oxygen?"

Ah, but there are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of the wheel. And Ishamael claims that the DO and the Creator have battled using their mortal pawns hundreds, thousands of times. So perhaps it is simply saying it is the seventh known turning of the Wheel?

That simply means this, theres the 7th age(us) which ends with Nuclear war between America and Russia(it's been confirmed thats how our age ends in the books.) Then there is the First age, which is separated from the second age by the discovery of the OP, then theres the AoL, which is separated from the third by the Breaking, then the third age with Rand. Then a couple of Ages we don know about, and then our age again, and it repeats itself. Thousands, and thousands of times.

It says stuff like the fearsome mercs(confirmed by RJ to be americans) and the mosc(confirmed to be Moscow) shooting spears of fire at each other, and lenn9confirmed to be john glenn) going to the moon in the belly of a fire bird, stuff like that.
