noted it can be ai when combined with other things, there are people who have a harder time getting into the thread as one alignment than the other, as well as other things

are you just comparing the two in that neither of us have posted very much?

I'm mostly pointing out that you voted yet brushed off your reason for doing so. While it seems like you may have a better reason than Scruff, it would be nice to have more context so the rest of us can understand your thought process.

If you choose to not elaborate your reasoning, not give reads on people and basically not cooperate, it does look suspicious to me.

However, I don't know that I have encountered a wolf who does this, it just makes you hard to work with if you're a villager.

If you genuinely think Iron is a wolf because of his actions so far, pull up quotes and explain it for all of us. Back up your claim.

I have seen cuth do this as a villager. It's less suspicious for him.

It's still annoying tho.

How the heck does that fail to make sense to you? I didn't have anything good to read her on, but when you laid out the explanation for why she reacted to Ted's claim the way she did, it made sense to me and made me think she must be town. So I moved her up the list.

Where is the inconsistency in that?

It's not that you moved her up. That's to be expected. It's your placement I have an issue with.

I get not having her beneath yourself. I get not having her beneath the person that is moderator-confirmed town. But if you feel THAT strongly about it, I don't get having another townread over her (unless you have something incredibly substantial for them that I've missed?), and I don't get putting her where you did in terms of categories.

I don't see much of a difference between this:

Spadebop

Sooh

Cordyx

and this:

Spadebop

Sooh

Cordyx

since the order is what matters. And the reason she's below Spadebop is because I'm more confident in my read on Spades, which was made under my own power and by my own observation, than in my read on Sooh, which was made with your influence. Even though I'm town reading you I can't rule out the possibility that I'm wrong and you're manipulating me.

I still wanna know what changed in that like 30-45 mins from Sooh that changed your read. Please show the quotes and explain?

I'll repeat: You are not locked to your reads. If you think somebody has done a towny thing, even if it's just one small thing, it's better for you to say it so we have something to read you by. Likewise if you think somebody has done a scummy thing.

I'm still not convinced by Ted, but that might be a me-thing. Trying to give him space. Same with Scruff. I got nothing on Aquilla, which is slightly worrisome. Cuth is *shrug*.

Way too lazy to update my notes, soo just going to wing it. Going in order of player list.

Cory/Clov- Null, but could easily go slight town on. Cory's giving off an excitement to play that I tend to associate with his town games. I said before I don't think Scum!Clov openly gives Eldrick a town read. I also don't know that he'd go through the trouble of explaining his thoughts regarding Ted/Sooh character claim ordeal. Still need to see more before I can feel really comfy putting them as town though.

TBF I know that I'm expected to always be right about Eldrick, so if I were scum and he was town, I'd probably townread him because I don't want to have to deal with explaining how I misread him.

And pffft, I care way more as scum than I do as town.

I've played 2 games previous to this one. How much experience should I have picked up from only 2 games?

I try really hard to keep up when I play this game. I try really hard to understand why people do what they do. Now if I had played multiple games and have both a wolf and a village game to reference maybe I would be able to use the "meta" for these players more accurately. I only have one game for each of them. You're pressing me to what? Be confident about reads day one? All I can give you is the gut feelings and observations I try to make. Everyone here has so much more experience with this game than I do, it's really overwhelming but I try my best. And I'm not trying to use my experience as an excuse, but honestly I think relying on meta is garbage for me personally. I can try to cross-reference but I still have so much doubt. Call it an inconsistency or read what I write more carefully.

If you don't like my answers, you don't like them. I'm not changing them for you. I will try to explain myself to help you understand why I stand where I do. But literally everything I say is bad to you, it's never enough. I don't care if you think I'm a wolf, but your reasoning for picking me out of the crowd doesn't seem productive. I know my alignment and watching you waste your time on me is more frustrating than your questions themselves (Or all the !!!!!! :P).

You really stress me out, you're so intense with me and I don't understand why. I really do think you're a villager stuck, and I don't know how to help you move on so we can find the wolves.

I know it's not particularly delicious, but this game is going to come down to working through that Scruffington/Aquilla/Cuth/TedBundy pile. I really have a hard time imagining no wolves in that pile, as unsexy as it feels to sort through > low content people.

Ironeyes is pretty much the only player I don't have at least some good feeling about of more active contributors.

I am content enough with Darthe's thoughts to consider him off the table for today, but he's the least trusted of the remainder.

Everyone will be shocked to learn I do not agree with a lot of this.

I do fully agree with his point about sorting through the inactives. I'm either getting owned by somebody (that's pretty much always Spades/Bop), or I have a list of 6 names for presumbly 3 mafia.

Ok. Caught up. This wasn't addressed.

What about his post do you not agree with, and why? Just saying you don't agree doesn't help :/

I'm really thankful for Fredwoods fresh eyes, honestly.

I also would like a full read list from him to get more perspective points.

So far he checks out, but I will undoubtedly reread once I've gotten some sleep.

I want to see him interact with others too. Ask questions and all that good stuff.
