Love this series. Yes, this one was a bit slower, but it tied up some loose ends and moved the plot along. I wish other shows could take a lesson from this (coughLostHeroesBSGcough). They are not trying to tease us and keep us watching (yet), they are just trying to tell a story and I appreciate that.

Did you guys know about that episode that was deemed too violent for TV, and is only available on the web? Apparently it's the real episode 3, or 2.5 or something. I'm gonna watch it soon.

Ok, so I just watched the episode. Choosing not to air it on TV just seems stupid. I don't know why it was said it was too violent, because imo it really wasn't. We also got to see some stuff that is important for the story, so I don't really get what NBC is thinking.

I don't know if it was NBC or the FCC who made the decision. The torrent site I got the episode from just said it was too violent for TV, but when I checked it on Wikipedia it only said that NBC chose to release a web only episode. It doesn't say anything about the episode being stopped or something. If it was the FCC who said the episode couldn't be aired, they're really out of their minds. This episode didn't contain more violence than the other episodes.

Is it OK to start discussing last night's episode, now?

I say yes. I liked this episode. It's nice that we get to see people struggling with Huey's death. In many other shows, a guy gets killed, and if he's a bad guy that's the last we'll hear of it. In this show, I guess there are more nuances, which I like.

And I'm kinda confused. Did Jimmy go through with the rehab?

He was bailed out of jail wasn't he? No no, they dropped the charges. He was out last episode as well.

This may be my favorite show on TV now... no probably not, but really close.

He did get bailed out in that episode that wasn't shown on TV, but in the first episode Joey Ice Cream said that day changed Jimmy's life because he went into rehab and got off the drugs, or something.

Yeah, but in this most recent episode we've learned that Jimmy is a superchronic liar, so I wouldn't really believe anything he says.

I am beginning to think the whole show is based on Ice Cream's lies... and I love the idea. You never know how much is true and how much is not.

Still, my new favorite show on TV. Monday's episode was a little slow, but we see Tommy slip a little deeper in the world of crime.

And I was slightly interested in how they made themselves bookies. I do not think this will last long as Jimmy is not smart enough to run it.

Kevin is the one that likes to gamble and never wins right?

I like how Captain Janeway is the mom. I still see she has the same acting style...

And what is the purpose of the pretty boy? He is the brother I do not care about atm.

I'm diggin' last night's episodes more than the previous week's. It's opening up the plot more, and I enjoyed the teaser to the upcoming violent death. Watching Tommy slip deeper in to crime was interesting, and I found it believable for his character. One element I like about this show is watching Tommy's character develop in a way that is believable. A TV show with multifaceted characters? so rare!

This is so off topic... but I think that the actor playing Tommy would be a good pick to play Rand.

As for this weeks episode, I think it was another strong one. Was nice to see Nikki get stomped for once.

Next weeks knife fight definately looks like its going to be intense. Tommy is most likely going to have to come in and clean up Jimmy's mess againnnn.

I would not be suprised if Jimmy does not get one of his brother killed by season end (the good looking one maybe?).

It would be realistic if Jimmy died soonish... but then the character dynamics would suffer.

I hope Tommy goes head to head with Dokie.

Is Dokie the ax carrying irishman really a scary villian?

They cancelled it?! Bastards! I tried watching the last episode 'In Each One a Savior' on NBC.com, but got a message saying "We're sorry, but the clip isn't available from your location." Is it available for you guys in the US?

I am SO PISSED about this!!!! I want to know why it was canned! it had good characters, and lots of potential for further character development and plot. Seriously, I want another network to pick it up.
