Ok Turin, if Zander and Dice are possible packmates, can you make any kind of explanation of why you are so keen on Zander yet switched your vote to me and then back again? If we are both Town, I really need to understand that.
-
So you would suspect Dice once we have mislynched two people and lost the game? Noted. That is some deep suspicion. You need to be more trusting, Z. How is it possible that everything you do is so suspicious?
-
Anyone think Zander is coming pretty hard to Dice's defence? Or is that just me? How many posts did he answer a question not directed at him?
-
And so now both you and Dice are pushing Sooh as a secondary target. Sowing seeds? Maybe this is why Mills was killed. One of the things that made people suspect him was he complimented Dice's playing as did Cairos. Maybe heat on Mills meant heat on Dice by association, and he appears to be trying to fly low this game. But that would mean Turin is town, which I have such a hard time believing.
-
On all fairness I wasn't asking you, Z. Not really sure you would give an impartial answer to whether you are a wolf or not.
-
And so why do you think with six minutes til deadline Cairos asked you I chat who to vote for? And you gave two townies for him to choose from? Still don't believe you aren't all wolves.
-
Sorry to throw a spanner in the works at such a late stage, potentially. But @Turin TurambarTurambar, what is it doing? I cannot remove that. Anyway, Turin, don't you think that Dice is a bit sus? If you think that Z is a wolf, and I'm certainly not disagreeing but I'm not sure really of anything any more, what do you think of Dice's claims he can read Z so well that he would never use a cop peek on him. That is some kind of certainty there. And he is saying Z is town. So do you think Dice cannot read Z, or do you think Z and Dice are actually the wolves? Dice's reads and votes on D2 I cannot follow at all, but I have no idea what to make of that.
-
When she said two wolves on Turin, she meant two votes for wolves on Turin. I thought they spoke English in Canada?
-
A red peak is Zander being unable to spell. He means a red peek - that is the cop has investigated a player and their name comes back in red, i.e., they are a mafia goon.
-
Don't follow any of these reads. Don't know if that means I'm stupid or this is suspicious.
-
Andy explained she meant there were two votes for wolf on Turin. This makes way more to me than she accidently told everyone the identity of the last two wolves for no reason.
-
Hummmm, Hummmm, Hummmm. My shakras are becoming inflamed. Is that a good thing? *ponders* But, he says in his most Zen possible way (inflamed shakras notwithstanding) your quote's argument here is exactly what I said at the beginning of the day and hence why you would be 100% Wolf if you switched your vote to me after your huge exposee of Zander's lupine qualities. I predicted wolf!Turin would do that and you duly did it. So I don't understand why you disagreed then, but now bring it up like it is your own reasoning. I cannot fit this into town behaviour.
-
Wat. My read is that you think you have done enough to lynch me and now are trying to cover your tracks so that when I flip town you have plausible deniability. If this is not true... Like seriously I don't know. I feel like a wrung-out towel and if a townie has been trying to lynch me ever since trying to get a competitive train going on D1 against who we now know was a wolf.... I've been rather preoccupied by that. In a Town!Turin world, I'm even more lost than in a "I'm getting lynched by the wolves world".

So. Zen Heavy has entered the building. Frustration is a feeling I choose not feel as I listen to the falling cherry blossoms. I am terribly frustrated. But I'm letting that go. It is just this is what I am good at. I have terrible social phobias but at my heart I'm a people person. I make people laugh. I'm good with words. I can spin a tale. But here I am in a life or death struggle with Turin and for all my reasoning the best anyone comes up with about Turin's guilt is "well he is really convincing, but perhaps too convincing". That is how much sway I have over your collective opinions. And who am I to criticise? I don't even know if Turin is a wolf. All I know is he is trying to kill me and if he succeeds the wolves are one step away from victory. Maybe I would be as convinced as you guys are. Maybe he is convincing because he is town and the wolves are laughing at us. But just look at what he is saying. All the things he calls known wolf tactics he is doing. Bussing a wolf. Having big fights in chat to throw off discussions. But I kind of get the point that it is too late for me, I'm not making any impression. There isn't really anything else for me to say that I haven't already said so I'll probably preserve my mental health and leave it at that. I don't want start spraying naughty words about the place or insults when I don't mean them. So looking forward to a relaxing rest of the day.

I bet I look better in incredibly small underpants though. In my mind at least, lol. I'm off to bed, and a closing thought. Do we think that the wolves are passive, doing nothing, hoping to go undiscovered, or do we think they have a game plan? Who was involved in Cairos being lynched? I based my first suspicions on who was casting shade on Turin. But don't worry, Turin helpfully told us he likes to go for a clean sweep, so he cannot be a wolf. He said so himself. Who is pushing a narrative on D2? I'm just defending myself and trying to work out why the wolves have done what they have done. But it is clear, if we think that the wolves have a game plan there is only one person that is implementing that game plan. Who is the only person that has had the opportunity to manipulate the narrative? It isn't just about who said what, but the bigger picture of what is happening. Please think about it. And think about why Mills was NKd. And with that, I bid you all a fair night.
-
Yes that would appear to be it. But what people meant was they thought that at least one wolf was voting for Turin. So you appeared to say two wolves are for Turin, meaning you and me were both wolves in your opinion, which did not make a lot of sense.
-
Look at what has happened today - nothing has been done by anyone to build on the killing Mills to make Heavy look better. But killing Mills to clear the way for the attack on Heavy through Zander is 95% of the posting in D2. Which is more likely? Or are there any other ideas? Is every other player really going to just agree with Turin and move on? No discussion? No other possibilities? Why have you given Turin this much control of the narrative?

Gaah - just lost a long post as my internet hiccuped, I pressed submit and DM took me to a you are not connected to the internet page and ate the post. Thank you for the hug, @Gudrean, my apologies if I seemed unappreciative. Head is so full I don't even know what I said. It was however, heart moving and almost impossibly eloquent. Please just accept the gist of it: I'm town, lol 😎 I think I said Andy is plausible as Town. Wouldn't go further than that, but don't have much else to go on. Her comment just seems like a mistake, I don't think much can be read into it because of that, but perhaps she can clear up what she meant by it. I feel like a voice in the wilderness and no one is listening, or at least, not being convinced. Mislynching me is a big step towards the wolves winning and I don't see that there are many good arguments being made against me but if Zander changes his vote I'm as good as pushing up daisies in the town cemetery and not a single person seems in the slightest bothered by that. Why is no one even entertaining my reasoning at all? Because I don't have the I'm an old player hat? Why has Turin spent so much time and effort to implicate Zander but is voting me? Why are so many people saying well I'm suspicious of Heavy and x so that everyone can coalesce on me? Only two of you are wolves. I guess I just done lost the argument, but I cannot help feel that this was due to the volume of my opponents rather than the skill of their arguments. Please try to think of why Mills was killed. To give me town cred is a terribly bad reason. That would be totally a double edged sword. it would just as likely be a ploy by the wolves - heck more likely, we are talking about the choices of the wolves and the actions of a known wolf. How on earth would I ever think that would give me town cred? It doesn't make sense. Please think about it rather than just listening to Turin. It is bad logic. If you lynch me, I will flip town and then you will have to think about what that means about Turin. You might as well start now, might save some time on D3. Are his arguments really that convincing? How will you react when he says "oopsie!"?
-
Also Turin, it is pretty insulting that your theory is not just that I am wolf - but a rather dim one. Mills is an unexpected victim, so surely in trying figure out why people would look at the last action of a known mafia. I just don't buy it. Mills was a likely lynch target and I cannot get away from the fact that this is why he was NKd and the only person making use of this is Turin, especially with all the efforts of Turin to derail the whole D2 into a Zander-Heavy-Turin mudwrestling match where you are only allowed to wear really small underpants. Re: Gudrean, no I'm not taking it personally, especially not from whoever turns out to be wolves - that is the point of the game after all. I'm getting frustrated that the narrative is being completely controlled by Turin and Zander. People doing catch ups seem to be spending all their time reacting to them and discussing the agenda that they have set and not things like why was Mills killed. or ideas that come from the other players. And yes, I can admit I am egotistical enough that it does smart a bit when I ask for thoughts and someone replies, yeah Turin does seem right. I guess so should just be resigned to being lynched. No one is listening to me, or at least, no one is agreeing. Either we townies are going to defeat ourselves and the silent wolves will win by default or the wolves have the narrative and no one is challenging them. Frustrating.
-
I see you have discussing this in the wolf chat. Really? Gudrean is just going to back up Turin from now on? It is tenuous - as it gives little direct evidence to being town and involvement with a known wolf of any kind is suspicious in and of itself and is completely a ploy or double bluff moment. It isn't going to convince anyone either way nor does it explain what the reason is that we are meant to accept that Mills was killed (not the big brain wolf chat reason). Why would I as a wolf not just kill Turin and then lynch Mills as he was everyone's second favourite lunch on D1? It is complicated and tenuous and most damning of all, no one has argued that it gives me town cred. So it was a pretty crappy plan if it was. And why am I the only one that is pointing out how strange a target Mills was, if my wolfy plan was to subliminally convince every one I am Town? I would want everyone to just gloss over who was NKd. Indeed who is distracting from the incident of the Mills in the Nighttime? Zander but most importantly Turin, who blows up so violently immediately on D2 that I was genuinely concerned that things had gone too far. But is Zander just unable to stop spamming back or in on the deal? Why is Gudrean suddenly backing up Turin like he is making sense? WHY ARE YOU ALL ACTING LIKE WOLVES??? Seriously starting to consider voting for myself. No one is trying to solve, no one seems to be on the town side anymore.
