But for the sake of argument in a world that he isn't, the scum team could theoretically decide to rb the cop and save the strongman shot for later. It would be unwise and you're right in that it would also mean doc would have to protect the right person (though I think there was a town core pretty early on). A lot of ifs. But I learned a long time ago that there are players that think in a very different way than me... or any kind of earthly thinking so... it's plausible if unlikely.
