Some telltale signs Des is a wolf:

 

1. Lack of certainty. Town Des is overconfident about his reads. He'll have some nulls but he hasn't taken strong stances on ANYONE other than me for my claim... over 1000 posts into the game.

 

2. Not trying to lead the town. He's always commenting after the fact. It's something he struggles with as scum.

 

3. Being absent for longer periods of time than usual. As town he can't keep his mouth shut.

 

4. Not having his usual meta reads on players. This includes both Dice and Arsis.

Other stuff:

 

I'm beginning to come around on Verb being a villager. I don't think the post he wrote about Wombat's opinion of him wouldn't be hard to make as a wolf but it did read pretty genuine for me. I also have Lates as one of my firmer green reads so I am content to roll with Leelou saying he's a villager at this point.

 

Rags is still null for me.

 

Pral potentially could be a wolf. Even if KeyFG are I wouldn't clear him over this. If they turn out to be villagers I would definitely move in this direction.

 

Berf looks pretty good after reading over his most recent posts. Hopefully he can keep the activity level up.

 

Alanna I have pretty close to blue at this point. That girl knows how to get my jimmies all kinds of excited

 

Despot I don't have a super firm read on yet. The aggression/tinfoil stuff is all within his wolf range so I'll continue to let it develop as things progress.

I hate you.  I totally read you as blue for posts like this.  I would have taken a lynch for you, and you're not even town!  But damn, this posts was nice to read.  I have a blind spot in reading you, dammit.  I feel like I always think you're town. h8u for it.  But not really.

I present to you the single fakest post we have had so far in the game. 

 

Read this a few times.  Does any of it strike you as even remotely genuine?  Or does it read like a wolf trying to fake admitting to a town read?

 

Especially of note, saying 'I hate you' twice in a joking manner as well as saying damn twice and the all important exclamation point.

 

This is the forum version of putting your arm around someone's shoulder cause they are just such a rascal...but they're really a wolf.

When Des was attacking me and I said he was town telling, he just responded with a happy smilie.

 

As a villager, if he was genuinely suspicious of me, he would have called me scummy for "appealing" to him. Or at least rubbed it in my face somehow. But he just let it slide.

Hallia is capable of good tone and aggression as a wolf. But they probably make a good cop view.
