If you are referring to the Blue Ajah's secret weaves, she used one of them to set the ants on Lan shortly after they met.

Moirane used two weaves of the Blue Ajah, one that induces fear, and one that controls inscets. She also had several personal secret weaves including one to make things invisible and an eavsdropping trick.
