Looking for full rez LoC ebook cover

Not long after it was painted, either ToR or Greg Manchess had posted a very high resolution version of the Lord of Chaos ebook panorama.  But looking back through google tonight, I can't find it anywhere.  The largest avaliable tops out at 1600 by 5xx.  Does anyone know where I might be able to find the full rez version, or perhaps does someone have it stored away like I should have?
