Joke vote on Snow beast. Votes Black Knight, saying scum would know Velma was one of them and wouldn't make that mistake. Admires how pretty his vote looks in the middle, like miss world :P  Questions why Ptero thinks that BK is a lying sack of scum and why he's voting him. Asks Ptero again when he doesn't answer. Claims he viewed BK and got town on N1. But he also adds that he doesn't trust views 100% and the fact that two people tried to steal from him and came up empty is fishy so he wants BK to clarify the points made. Then DPR clarifies that a role can't be stolen when used so Phantom says that clears BK and then he votes Mummy. He also throws Werewolf under the bus for PMing him and FOSes him for fishing. Aruges with Ghost over BK being cleared because he viewed him as town and DPR confirmed that there is no godfather and cleared all the WIFOM around people trying to steal from him. He even tells Ghostie to lynch him to confirm BK. Then he unvotes Mummy and votes Ghostie, saying we should leave Mummy for tomorrow. ding ding ding lol

 

Doesn't show for like 2 days. Then:

 

This game slipped off my notification list and I forgot about it; catching up, at page 43 so it'll take a few hours to do inbetween work. 

 

Returns all big woe about being confused and not knowing what's going on, nor having no reads on anyone. Explains how the mirror role works. Which is ironic, considering before he said there's no way that his view on BK can't be trusted. Well, there you go. There IS a way. He votes Jag, cause he thinks either him or Jag need to be checked. He claims he chose Jags because his train is bigger. He also says he tried to steal from Werewolf last night and got nothing. He supports Charlie's idea and says everyone should holster. He votes Werewolf. He corrects the mod that he never voted Creepy and that he's going to holster that night.

 

He votes Charlie. He's unsure about whether or not he wants to release Coffin. Decides to leave him. Then the next day suddenly releases him. Interacts with Shark, who's trying to portray Wax as scummy and tells him he's a lowlife. Supports Tar's post that anyone who doesn't send in their night action to Waxmantis is playing anti-town. He says he's up for running up WD tomorrow and then possibly Kook. So the next day he votes Witch Doctor, releases zombie and miner and says he's gonna leave volt there for a bit longer. His second vote is on Tar, because he doesn't wanna get lynched to vet himself. He unvotes in the end and switches to Shark (10th vote, when 11 is needed to reach majority) and Creepy Heap (13th vote, shenanigans ). Bussing much??

Next day Phantom votes Ptero and Volt. He says Ptero is a lynch he can get behind. But he doesn't get why Cutler is a suspect. Mmm...  I guess there was a good reason, don't ya think? :P

 

Then, he doesn't post for 5 days. Comes back all Woe again. He forgot about this game. He restarted his computer and the browser didn't open and WAH WAH WAAAAAAAAAAAH.

 

Then... and wait for it... cause it's quite a gem....

 

 

 

Why not put it in notifications? I just have it mail me everytime there's a new message. Works quite well. You can do that with your main account.

 As far as the debate between Phantom and Miner... not sure why you felt the need to do these pairings to compare and contrast... but I did case Miner and he came back clean. I don't really buy Phantom's absence and his reason for it... nor him not being aware that you can get notifications for threads on this site. Any newbie would know that. Sounds like half assed excuses to me... plus the timing of his reappearance is fishy at best.

 

Yeah I know you can get notifications, but I don't really use that system, on my normal account I only get notifications when someone quotes me, so I didn't think of using it here. And my computer automatically open certain programs when I start it, like my main browser. So when I'd shut off my computer, and started it again, the browser I use for this game (to not mix up accounts) wasn't opened, and since I haven't had any reason to go into the main mafia forum on my normal account quite some time, then... I forgot. It aint worse than that, missy.

Votes Ghost Clown. Comments that everything is shambled and that the game is doing his head in. Wants to hear from Mummy. Votes Ghost and is interested in why Werewolf sent that PM to speak off thread. Disappears for 3 days. Tries to discredit Mantis a bit. Votes Mantis. Then he claims his post count is low cause DM is eating his posts. Unvotes Mantis and votes Werewolf. Disappears for 6 days. Shows up and says he's sorry, that he had some family drama and that he'll be back tomorrow. Tries to discredit WaxMantis being confirmed towns. Is the 7th person to vote for Creepy Heap. Votes to release Volt, following Wax voting to release him, claiming that Wax's communication has prolly cleared something up. This is funny considering he spent quite a bit of time trying to discredit him. Now suddenly he does trust him?

 

Then he shows up in the 22th. He says he's between a kid being sick + net playing up. He votes Ptero. He hasn't posted in the last 4 days.

 

 

Kinda hard to analyze him because he hasn't posted much. At the end of the day, he hardly participated, his excuses seem a little flighty, he was in a bit of a rush to spring Volt free, he's been trying to discredit vetted town and he hasn't voted for any of the known scum, with the exception of Creepy Heap where he was the 7th vote, when we were shooting for a majority of 11.

 

As I mentioned earlier, he's my second choice for lynching today.

If RL is so terrible, then maybe you shouldn't be in a game you don't have time to play. You might want to take that into consideration next game, before you lash out about something that is entirely YOUR fault.

I know you let people be inactive for a reason, but that seems to go a little too far. They might have forgotten about the game even, can you remind them?

 

Nope. They're grown-ups and they'll decide whether they are going to play or not.

 

Also, I'd like to reinforce my standard RL rule: If you have RL issues, tell the mod first. The mod will handle things from there. Life happens to everybody sooner or later and I prefer to keep things in a place where we can wish each other well because we know that if someone says "hey, seriously..." they mean it. I'm in contact with Skeleton over continued participation in the game.
