I can hammer both, but I don't want to close out 10k Volt until they have had time to adequately defend (or not).

The few most telling things about 10k are the following:

 

1) Pushed back against the Mummy lynch.  Asked questions about Mummy's claim to Ghost that provided a narrative for Mummy potentially being town.  Tried to vote anybody else to avoid a "blind lynch" even though Mummy had already partially claimed and had been online earlier in the day.

 

2) Makes "super-town" comments such as "Hay guys - Deadline extension saved our butts BIGTIME."  Not something that needs to be pointed out unless you're going for town cred IMO.

 

3) Looked liked setting up lynching and laying suspicion on others during the Mummy lynch.  FOS'd the previous Dr. Coffin.

 

And finally, 4) claiming to have something to help town.  But leaving it at that.  Partial reveals are yuck.

 

 

 

Wax/Mantis - Can you confirm 10k PM'd you about the ability to help town?  Is it legit?  You quickly voted to release after the couple posts, so I'm hoping it is because there is more behind the scenes conversation going on.

I'll vote Sharky, but I'd rather see 10kV get released first. 

 

And, as for VC shenanigans.  I say we player's shenanigans are cheeky and fun.  DPR's vote count shenanigans are cruel and evil.  Eeeevvviiilll shenanigans..

 

Possibilities are that there is a power to nullify votes.  And that power can be used on a different player.  Or that certain alts don't get voting rights, or something along those lines.

 

So who was on both lists? 

 

Tar and his alt Zombie.   

 

Alt account Mantis.

 

Alt account Wax.

 

Me.

Cat Creature.

 

Quite a number of alts on both lists makes me suspicious.

Another thought is that the first scum lynched was off by 1 vote.  If Heap is scum two and off by two votes, then maybe the third scum we hit we will need 3 extra votes.  A mechanic to make up for scums lack of a NK?

One other theory that is very likely wrong...maybe suits don't get voting power after the main account has been lynched, hence Wax and Mantis votes aren't counting. 

 

This theory is likely wrong because Krak replaced in as scum after being town as Clown.  If Krak had an alt (who's vote would not have counted by this theory) then Krak would have been both scum and town with an alt.  And voting himself.  To get lynched.  Unlikely.

Rest of the case sucks, but this is a legit thought.  10kV, if you haven't PM'd Wax/Mantis with your power then you should do so.  Wax/Mantis if you can confirm that 10kV has done so that would be helpful.
