@Mod will you please confirm that there were no mod mistakes involving Witch Doctor and his Watcher role on Nights 2 and 3?

 

I don't think he can. This question doesn't even have an answer in this format.

We got a few other discrepancies like this, but we need more info. Note that this is not proof in itself (someone else could have stolen it).

 

@MOD: Will you confirm on thread how it is determined which player gets the goodies if two or more players try to steal from the same player (and he does have soemthing)?

Miner Casing:

 

Votes Charlie Robot (screwing everything up). Unvotes, votes Tar Monster (pings). Has a chick fight with Tar Monster over who's the troll and who looks prettier in a dress (both look lovely, btw). Miner approves of Tar Monster wanting to make love to his avi. Unvotes again and switches to Ghost Clown (Agrees with Witch Doctor that the remark Clown made about Velma is off). Proclaims he had crabs in the past (Important game info).

 

Then he unvotes a THIRD time:

 

 

 

 

You too seem so sure. Interesting. Why is my case, which is based on not only the Velma mention but also the lack of defense until "I did it for reactions" (also only admitted when very close to a lynch), any different or less important than one based on PM mention?

Simple.  Resistance.  Or lack thereof.  There seems to be some resistance to the Black Knight counterwagon for absolutely no good reason.  The Ghost Clown wagon built up without so much as a whisper of resistance.  It's almost like Ghost Clown didn't have any friends to help out while Black Knight does.  I wonder who has friends on Day 1...

And THEN (*pause for dramatic music*) he unvotes for the fourth time, really close to deadline, and switches back to Ghost Clown, saying he won't be home before deadline. Tar Monster is the last to change his vote (right after Miner)... they both seem to have switched their vote half heartedly and agree that everyone sucks.

I stole  a town role from him last night.  I'm 100% down for picking another inactive to vote.  This game seems to have a great need for people to vet one another and we are going to need everyone contributing. I will pick one and you can follow, oh wait you don't have legs, just slop along if you can.  

 

 

Miner isn't down with an Elias lynch. Volt wasn't as well, for that matter (if you recall from his casing). And has anyone else noticed how Miner and Tar monster had a rocky start at first and now they're like an old married couple? xD Just sayin'. I find it rather disturbing lol  But yeah, in all seriousness, their dynamic seems to have changed through the game.

 

Miner then votes for me and wants to play. I made it clear that I'm no one's second choice :P  He later mentions that he only did it to get me involved but that my post in response to Black Knight and me keeping my vote on him till that point didn't sit well with him (I changed my vote later on when it was clarified that a role can't be stolen if it's in use).

 

Next Miner spends his time trying to get in DPR's pants.Then when that fails, he tries to get in Mr.Hyde's pants. And when that fails, he measures up Darthe's arse. Was kinda awkward. Upon a sum up from Elias he votes Pterydactyl cause he figures someone is lying about the attempts of theft directed at Black Knight on night 1. He mentions support of stringing up Jaguaro.

 

Miner agrees with Coffin when he theorizes that maybe all cop reads come back as town cause all the players are wearing masks. He tries to sooth him. He then votes for Black Knight and me. Then he unvotes both. He votes for Jaguaro and says he has no problem resting his second vote on an inactive. He chooses to release Kook and Coffin. He confirms that stealing from mafia doesn't get you killed (asked DPR).

 

 

 

 

That's about it. There isn't much here. There are no contradictions that I can see. The only thing that kinda stands out is his numerous vote shifts during day 1. However, he was consistent about his suspicions, aka he did vote in the end for Ghost Clown. And he did, on a different day, vote for Black Knight. It looks like most of the times he ended up switching his vote to reach majority because his vote wasn't on the main trains that formed. I am a little wary about him and Tar Monster hitting it off after having a shaky start.... but that's hardly indicative.

 

So... Release Miner.

I think Tar Monster might be scum.  His suit is stuck in the trap.  That would be an awful trap for scum to make - we would get no info from the flip, so of course town will release.  This will grant him town cred.

 

I don't know what actions confirm/coincide with his stated ones - WAXMANTIS, can you check his actions and see if he's in a closed loop with 1 or 2 other people.  If their actions line up perfectly, that could be suspicious.  If it links up intricately (and accurately) with multiple players, then it is unlikely he's scum.  But I have a feeling.....and I want to use one of the lynches today to test his main.

 

If he's town, why not confirm THREE townies?  I'd love to have Tar Monster's brain working on the data analysis.  For me, this is a win-win.  We potentially get a very good townie to be confirmed, and also clear the suit issue......and also line up the next double alt to most likely be scum.....if Tar Monster isn't scum himself, that is.

 

I see no downside to a Tar Monster lynch today.  None.

Good catch. As far as you and Wax know, no one else attempted a steal from Creepy Heap on night 1? And if you don't mind sharing, did Creepy Heap indicate using the tracker role he had or did he claim it was stolen?

Let's revisit some of your ridiculous statements from yesterday - I had a good laugh re-reading them!

 

 

So once again, we return to the question I asked but you artfully dodged.  Why shouldn't we have left you in the trap?

The arguments of his actions adding up vs Mantis' actions don't is ridiculous.

 

We know that Mantis is telling the truth. That means at least one of WD and KOOK lying. Possibly both.

 

Just cook them both tomorrow.

 

You dopes.  We gave info - WaxMantis "analyzed" it.  It appears that either myself or WD are lying (or the data is somehow wrong).  If a LLL is the answer, then it is town's best interests for me to fight and survive (as a townie) and have the LLL go down.  If there was no other way, I'd sacrifice myself.  But I see a way, if the data is correct - we lynch WD as potential scum. 

 

If he flips town, then I'm dead.  If that happens, we know there is an error in the data.  THAT will help town more than my town flip from the trap.  THAT only helps scum.  I'd rather stay alive and fight/play as an active contributor to the game.  How about WD?

Bottom Line:  you two didn't ask the right questions to DPR based on the info you had.  This is why the question of competence came up.
