I havn't heard of Triangle before but that doesn't really mean much.

Mummy isn't silenced - has just been away for a few days and comes back with crazy claim. I can't believe I didn't see the earlier comment either :blush:

There are 10 or 11 people who think the claim is scummy enough to vote it. I have to say I am with them and I can't see any other lynchable target getting enough votes considering the time frames we have and the scaredy-pants players we have. :biggrin:

I attack the illogical, it's doesn't always lead me to scum, but more often than not, yes.

You could just skip the re-read. I've barely read anything this game. It's only D2, all of D1 was a waste of time, and I want to see if I live past D3 before I truly apply myself.

Why now? Why not now? Jags has been playing with an open hand like overeager Town. I actually feel a little stupid for wasting an investigation on that slot but it was so over the top it seemed staged. My timing had less to do with FOS's and everything to do with the fact that I needed to pick a time to reveal it. Right after two people questioned his/her alignment seemed like an opportune time. When should I have done it, according to you? Tonight? Tomorrow? Tomorrow night? In two days? Get real. We have short deadlines and any stupid distraction needs to be nipped in the bud so we can stay focused.

@role thieves: You should clarify how your role works before trying to accuse someone based on it. I'm pretty sure that if someone's using their tracker role at night, it can't be stolen from them.

@everyone: with multiple magistrates in the game, train speed should be picked up maybe? also I'm going down to the beach again, have a nice day

Let's assume for now that TBK is telling the truth. He says MUMMY visited multiple people. How is that even possible?

@The Black Knight: are you sure your tracker role does what you think it does?

This pinged too. aside from obviously trying to start a speed lynch on the weekend, maybe trying fill the no-talky vacuum with game info? those with knowledge of the theft should hold it tight - we don't know if the mafia do or do not have that ability right now. Best play it safe, yes?

This was already mentioned, but I fail to see why "filling the no-talky vacuum" with game info is suspicious. It's preferable to trying to fill the no-talky vacuum with spam.

The pace of this game is horrible. I have some experience with DPR games. The fact that we have magistrates means that we must use them to have as many lynches in as possible (and stealing/using a magistrate role might even clear people). So we'll have to do 2 lynches per 72h.

This madness with slow play and slow votes has to stop - and it has to stop NOW.

Now this pings. Yes, the first couple of days have been slow, but the pace will pick up naturally as the game progresses. D1 is nearly always horrible around here. D2 has been for a large part hampered by a weekend and people with access issues - I know I've had trouble getting on today. Rushing the pace to push for multiple lynches in a day when we've got very little to go on is troublesome. We have the ability, yes, but that doesn't mean it's advisable to use it immediately. Most of the time we advise a town vig to holster N1, if not longer, because they are more likely to make bad decisions about who to kill early in the game. I'd prefer more info before we start pushing multiple lynches so we make better decisions.

Thoughts

jaguar is mafia, but I'm thinking symp. Everything about him is awful

Creeper heaper is mafia. He got weirdly defensive when he was called out D1. He then unvotes ASAP when BK (Black Kight) claims watcher, normal play, but doesn't seem aware of how the roles are set up. (My own PM and role suggested a bunch of 1x. creeper seems oblivious to this or atleast attempting to. That seems to me how a mafia would play it)

While that is going on Werewolf is being "sublte" and Pming everyone to try get reactions on the BK reveal and discredit it a little. He also blatantly comes out fishing in his PM to me.

I believe the Mummy claim for now. If he was lying then his results would be impossible to fabricate because of how many people they can potentially implicate.

Sorry about not being here much the past couple of days. I don't have a ton of time at the moment but will be posting a Jaguaro case when I do.

I will quickly mention that Black Knight, Mummy, and Pterodactyl all appear pretty confirmed to me ATM based on their claims, but that will need more analysis later.

What about PHANTOM? Why not Jaguaro, for that matter?

I think that unless something bad happened to these 3, then we can assume he's telling the truth. If he was mafia and had a role that could target 3 people, it seems like there would be some sort of negative utility involved.

There was no NK last night
So, to go with a possible narrative, Mummy sends in a NK and his Bus driver role (no evidence it was that but off the top of my head that one hits two players)

NK was blocked so no evidence but for the 3 targets that night

Sup homey? What kind of role let's you visit some three time in a single night? Not sure if anyone started the game with nothing. Way I see it is we need to know if Black Night started the game with anything and did he use it or did a third person target him and stole it. Believe that all happen night one. Someone seems to be lying. If no third person exist the the birdie thing might be a good vote because Jaguaro came back town on investigation.

That was one heck of a reaction dear. It struck me as a bit random. I think it could have waited until the next day as I really don't think anyone was up for a Jags lynch at the time you posted.
