A question about RJ's notes

Does anyone know if it has ever been confirmed about who, between RJ and Brandon, wrote the beginning quote/excerpts to TGS, ToM and AMoL? Not just the beginning excerpts but the ending prophecies and what not? I feel like they are all RJ but wasn't sure if it has ever been said if they were in RJ's notes or if Brandon wrote them to fit certain scenes that happen.

I'm fairly sure that the second dark prophecy at the end of TOM was written by BS. It was pretty much confirmed (this involves AMOL material so best addressed on the AMOL forum) that the entire Perrin vs. Slayer story arc in ToM was written by BS. This should presumably include the Fallen Blacksmith thing. The second Dark prophecy also looks stylistically pretty different from the earlier prophecies to me (this is of course rather subjective). Lots of capitalized metaphorical references there. How would the writers of the prophecies know to do that? The prophecies were given orally. Compare this to an earlier RJ prophecy from KoD

When the Wolf King carries the hammer, thus are the final days known. When the fox marries the raven, and the trumpets of battle are blown.

Only the "Wolf King" is capitalized (for obvious reasons). The fox and the raven in the second part are not.

or this one from TDR, ch 6

he shall bind the nine moons to serve him.

again the nine moons are not capitalized even though this reference is clearly metaphorical.

They will not say, mostly because it would most assuredly divide the fanbase between who writes better; Jordan or Sanderson. If they do not say who wrote what, we have plausible deniability.

The header for tGS (all that about rats and monsters and so forth) was apparently something RJ once said about the state of the world (if memory serves correctly on the recording of him telling the ending to Wilson, Harriet and Maria, but don't quote me on that I may be wrong).

The Dark Prophecy was all Brandon--he referenced it when speaking about how he doesn't have the skills at beautiful prose RJ had.

The others, no idea. My feel is that they are Brandon though--and mind you I like the Loial one a lot.
