Honestly, unless Balth dies tonight, I want to lynch him tomorrow.

Lanfear, what you've said about Be'lal just looks like a few examples of sub-optimal play, to me. Bad play isn't the same as scummy play, and it's important to be able to tell the difference. I don't see any advantage that a scum-Be'lal would gain from accusing you of lying, because it's an obviously flimsy claim. However, I can understand how a scum-Balth would have difficulty seeing you as mafia. It's difficult to scum-hunt when you're yourself scum.

I figured she was doc as well, which is the reason for the ? .

Lan this is going to come down to you. Halima believed you to be town and I trust her judgement on this. Im not going to vote you. Balth is going to vote me obviously. Whatever you do, think about it alot first.

I've said it several times: Belal's work to establish himself as a reincarnation as his previous alt is an attempt to alter everybody's perception of him in-game. While I can sympathize with him to a degree- we both had to take over characters that were incredibly inactive, though his was far worse- the fact that he called upon his last time in the game to establish his innocence instead of working to do so with his new incarnation reeks of scum play to me. I've been saying that he is our best bet for scum for several days, and my opinion on the subject has not been changed by anything I've seen thus far.

So it should come as no surprise that I am going to vote Belal.

He says I have been his prime suspect since I started talking about meta. Alright alright, question. Then why were you all to happy to lynch Lanfear yesterday when it meant that the game would end one way or another? You had no problem hammering Lanfear when it was LyLo and yet you say I have been your prime suspect.

Explain?

It's a deadline game, which meant that it was not a 'hammer vote'. I wanted to see if she would flail and possibly give something away. She didn't. I unvoted. She was not a prime suspect, but it was a situation where I could assure myself that I was making the right choice. With that choice available to me, I will take it at any time. That's the beauty of a deadline game: you can do things like that and gauge reactions without lynching the player. If it was a hammer game, I would never have cast that vote, and I would have no choice but to take a chance on Lanfear being town. This way, though, I don't have any doubt that my vote is in the right place.

Thats pretty easy thing to say.

"If it was like this, I never would have done that."

Dont base what you do off of ifs. The fact is that you put the final vote on her and removed it once it became clear that she wasnt going to be lynched yesterday.

Or might it be that I can't get on very often, and my unvote coming so late had something to do with that? I planned to unvote when I read Lanfear's response, but that was about 10 hours after everyone else had been posting. I can't defend against an accusation based on when I can be online, Belal.
