Blegh... for now. I want a proper explanation from Dashiva before I follow him. My gut impression of the posts attacking Graendal is that scum are working to try and bring her down.

 

 

@ Asmo, since you've ignored my last post to you, how do you account for the fact that Rand and Moridin seemed to be working together? I really would like you to explain why you don't want to go with the most obvious explanation for the behaviour. Sure, it's stupid if both are scum, but not unimaginably so. See below:

I also want to note this post defending Moridin from Mesaana:

 

This Moridin train built really fast. Infact the last 4 votes on him all came within the span of an 2 hours.

 

Graendal, calling youself a townie doesnt mean you are one. Ive seen, and been, the scum try and disregard such votes by saying "Im a town and I am selfless. I am willing to take one for the team." Before. Along with the fact that you suddenly arnt going to defend against that "silly" vote when you have been responding to most everything said against you up till now reeks.

Okay, so watching Rand Haran in action, I got the impression that he was a goof. Nothing he posted after that pinged me at all - he flailed, got called on it, and kept flailing. All of his responses just struck me as reactions to people attacking or defending him. In short, I pretty much disregarded his play.

 

However, the exchange you posted above with Moridin pings the hell out of me that Moridin was unnecessarily covering for Graendal. It's one of the first things that made me go back and look at her. The distancing falls right in line with his profile of making awkward plays.

 

As far as why I think what I do, it is just gut instinct and experience. My style is to put it out there and let it be judged - and I contribute by remarking when other players do as well.

Well I hope you're ready for it to be wrong. Dashiva was a loon in the books, maybe you just fit the character.

 

You have a tendency to make borderline-personal attacks like this in a lot of your posts. It does not ring well with me. It is as if you are trying to belittle anybody who disagrees with you, which feels off to me. I don't normally vote for people who mostly just irritate me, but you're coming close. Still rather go after somebody else if I can assemble a good case, though. Since everybody is casing you right now, I will not, but I will try to pry open any holes in an argument that I find, though. I'll at least give you the benefit of the doubt for now.

 

Dash, you were pretty quiet Day 1. Now you are coming out with a "trust me, lynch Graendal" argument, which does not provide much of a case. I think we all know what you are implying, but this dancing around the subject is not helping your case. Call me a role-fisher, if you will, but if he's claiming cop, then he should stop making claims without a case until he comes out and actually claims the role.

I know he is not the cop, you have to ask yourselves why the halfass reveal? Look at Halima's reveal, Halima did your Doc role have a special name like Dashiva's "IP-Tracker"? It's a different approach to the fake claim but it's fake none the less.
