Hello!

 

I'm a 23 year old swedish guy, studying computer game development at the university of Skövde, and I am currently working on my last year project.

 

During these three years I have mainly been working with digital painting, specializing in environment concepts.

 

Why am I telling you all this? Why am I even here? It's simple actually.

 

I LOVE this book series.

 

That is why I have built my project around creating Shadar Logoth in 2D, as concept art for a fictional game.

 

In about one to two months I am going to need people for a survey on how I've done. I would like some of those people to have read the books beforehand, to see if they react differently to someone that doesnt know it at all. I would like some of those people to be you.

 

The nature of the work is that it's open to the public, which means your answers could be read by everyone trying to find my work (which probably won't be many). Though everything you say is public, your names aren't. No one can find you except if they contact me, and I won't give out any information.

 

I was thinking of doing the interview over skype, no matter if it's over a mic or simply chatting. In english would be prefered, but if there's any swedes in here, swedish would be ok.

 

I'll try to update this thread later, and mods, if you think this should be somewhere else in a more suitable place, feel free to move it.
