Anyone ever watch the cartoon Mighty Max? It was a pretty cheesy show but Norman, Max's guardian, is totally how I picture Lan (minus the strange outfit). The first episode is in YouTube if anyone is curious.

Yes I've seen it.. Infact the 'series' was a major time paradox within it. The begging and the ending are exactly the same.
