Can you use two sa'angreal at the same time?

and can u use a ter'angreal to amplify the sa"angreal?

Yes on both counts. See the Cleansing (WH 35). Though 'amplify' isn't exactly the right word. Ter'angreal don't have anything to do with magnifying the power, but you can use them at the same time as an angreal. Since you can use an angreal and sa'angreal together (see Rand vs Asmodean at Rhuidean), I don't see why you couldn't use two sa'angreal at once. For that matter, it seems two people can use the same sa'angreal at once (without being linked). They just divide its power between them.
