I don't recall seeing an example of it so far,but here's a ? Does the wearing of a Seanchan ter'angreal nullify the three oaths taken by the Aes Sedai? It would seem to me that those Aes Sedai taken captive would not be able to kill on command due to the oaths. Something to ponder.

No. It's mentioned a few times that collared Aes Sedai cannot attack people with the one power.

 

Which shows what a coward Elada is. All she had to do is think of teaching the seanchan to travel will be giving them a weapon against the tower and the oaths would stop her from doing it.
