W.o.T. Reread - By Character

Looking to do a read through before the final book arrives........with a twist. I want to read the books by character. Mainly al'Thor, Cauthon, and Aybara. Was wondering if anyone can lead me to a source that would show chapters dedicated to each of the above mentioned mains.

encyclopedia WOT lists brief contents of all chapters and includes POVs.

I have been considering doing that exact thing for a while now but what keeps stopping me is that I'm worried if I follow only one(or even two/three) character I'll miss too much off the plot. But that's a good idea, if I can figure out maybe 3-5 characters I like reading I might be able to do it?

Theoryland has a forum thread dedicated to sorting out who has PoV's in whatever chapters. Be warned that there are Towers of Midnight spoilers in the thread (limited only to which characters have PoV's and chapter titles).

 

 

I actually did something similar to this way back when on Stone Dog's Forums (without the links and such) jotting down the chapter numbers for each character on my 3rd or 4th reread of the series. Kept the thread updated through CoT (when my enthusiasm waned a bit) . Pretty sure it's in internet oblivion now...

I wasn't able to find on Theoryland where to look for the PoV's in each book and on Encyclopaedia WoT you have to click on every chapter in each book to find out what the PoV's are so I thought I'd provide a third link, it's the WoT wiki. It has all the PoV's and PoV stats on each book at a glance by accessing that book's wiki page. Just click "statistical analysis" in the table of contents at the top of the page and you'll find something like this: The Gathering Storm, Stats

On encyclopedia wot you can click on the book title and at the bottom of the page it has a chart that shows the chapters that follow each story line/character.
