It's not my first choice of places to go for workouts, but it works, I guess.

And then I'm back to almost square one, albeit with a little more time to come up with a free workout that doesn't involve my elliptical trainer (yeah, I love having a $250 piece of equipment sitting virtually useless in the basement, when I almost never fork over that kind of money for any one thing unless it's totally worth it).

Well, there wasn't enough room for the spiderwoman lunges or the plank jacks, but I managed to do everything else (it was an interval workout, so nothing hugely time-consuming).
