I hope it isn't answered but it might get answered, but I wonder about Silviana.

 

She claims no message returned from Gawyn, but obviously he sent one in reply. Obvious to me Messana prevented the message. So...is silviana messana?

There is no evidence as of TGS that Silviana is Mesaana.

Brandon actually accidentally debunked her on the TGS tour. A fan told him that RJ had told him once that we hadn't ever seen Mesaana's alter ego on screen. Brandon actually hesitated to correct the guy, and even told some DM folks in Dallas I think (Muirenn and Claireducky) that this guy had told him that, so therefore Laras couldn't be Mesaana, etc. He actually second-guessed himself on whether or not her alter ego had been seen on screen.

 

So, at that point, we knew it wasn't anything resembling a major character. Laras was out, Silviana was out, Nicola was out, and anyone else that Brandon had written in TGS.

 

Brandon corrected the point later in the tour, confirming that she had indeed been seen on screen. So, we were back to our minor, barely-known characters. We knew that the alter ego probably didn't appear in TGS, and was a very obscure character in general.
