In my oppinion Shai'tan would be Chaotic Evil, Moridin would be Lawful Evil, and Fain would be Neutral Evil.

 

And for the hell of it, Megatron would be Chaotic Evil, Soundwave would be Lawful Evil, and Starscream would be Neutral Evil.
