Here you can RP about the days when the Bore was created and the Lewis Terin was the Dragon. When the Forsaken had far more members than in the Third Age and all of the Technology and Knowledge of the Age of Legends was on yours disposal. So enjoy.

Only rule is that you can't use some of the main characters from that age:13 of Forsaken known in the 3rd Age or Lewis Terin and his Wife.

"Father Jonas" was what the locals called him for short.  His real name, Redolphix Jonasian Whipitossian was too much of a mouthful for most of his family let alone his friends.  Since he was a respected mentor among many members of his community, he was proud to have them call him father.  False respect was easy to come by and nearly worthless in truth.  Likewise, true respect was hard to earn and should be held as precious.  Yes, Father Jonas suited him just fine.

Since he had been channeling for so long, he was now very old compared to many.  He had celebrated well over three hundred name days.  He didn't feel a day over one hundred seventy five.  Except on those days when he had to visit the healers.  They always made him feel old.  They were always eager to see him visit because he worked for the Hall of Servants which meant that he had the very best health insurance.  You would think that they could do their healing for free but it just didn't work that way.

OOC: there's one character for this thread.  I'll wait to see how the plot builds before I add to him so that I don't send him off in the wrong direction.

Zane "Hellfire" Zarbinson skulked through the hallways of the research facility. People around him smiled and waved, but he didn't even notice them. The reason for his nickname was his habit of burning things sporadically and spontaneously. He was a suspect in a number of arsons and fire-related murders, but they couldn't make the charges stick, so he went unbound from his crimes.

He entered the main resarch lab and sneered contemptuously at the head scientist, his superior. "I trust that the experiments are going.... as planned." Zane said, with another sneer. "My... employers would be very upset if they failed." The scientist looked concerned for a second, but soon replied

"The experiments are fine, Zane and tell your employers that they will not be dissapointed, and they will get their moneys worth."

"They'd better, Harlin Nova, they had better." With that, Zane left the room with a contemptuous swirl of his black cloak. He had work to do.

Joel watched as the Sho wing begun to land.It carried one of the most famous minds of this age.He was sent to escort her to the Collam Daan, she came to V'saine to join the research about the new weaves that could enable more efficient usage of the male and female half of the power when joined in the circle.

He bowed to her when she stepped from the interior of the Sho wing. This was small private vessel so he was not surprised when he saw the comfort inside.

Leticia Abigail Calderon was 400 years old and respected worldwide,it was an honor to have her at Collam Daan. She was strong in Power, among the most powerful Aes Sedai who ever lived

Father Jonas sat down to watch the evening news.  Same crap.  Different day.  Three more top executives tortured to death by vigilantes for stealing money from their employees retirement funds.  You'd think that they would get the message.  Another amber alert for a missing child.  Some people should not be allowed to breed.  "Yesterday's Revenge" would be performing live at the Circle Dome tomorrow night.  Been there.  Done that.  Not impressed.  And those "weather forecasters"...Bah!  He clapped twice quickly then once sharply to turn the blasted thing off.

Zane stepped into the dark alley, seeing his target at the end of it. It was a dead end. The lowlife scum who Zane was after cowered as the pyromaniacle Aes Sedai approached him, and lifted him up with flows of Air. "Please," The man sobbed, "I can get the money, i swear, i just need more time, please, i beg of you!" The man had broken down, crying and would have fallen had Zane not been binding him with the power.

Zarbinson shook his head slowly, smiling. "I'm afraid that it is too late for that, Gara, you should have paid weeks ago, but you ran, instead. Now i've had to track you down, and that annoys me. People who annoy me don't live long, Gara." At hearing this, Gara opened his mouth to scream, but Zane stuffed it full of air and wove a complex mix of fire, spirit and earth. When the weave touched Gara, not even the gag of air could fully suppress his agonised scream.

"She made some progress" Mierin Sedai commented with a frown on her beautiful face.

"But her research is ashes in comparison to the possibility of channeling from the same source of the power."

"Yes that would be truly remarkable",he answered her with maybe just a little annoyance in his voice.Mierin always talked about her Grand project of locating the source of the power that was same foe men and women, but nobody believed her any more.It passed almost 200 years from the time when she begun the research on that power but so far she didn't made any progress.

She was jealous on Leticia because she had made significant progress on her weaves and that gave her the advantage.

"If you don't mind..."

"Of course"she said politely and let him pass.

Shame,he thought to himself.Such power would be useful in many areas but she refused to give up on her research.

Komela of the Dai'Shan Aiel waited him outside of the Hall of the Servants. She was quiet as always but she did her job as an assistant very well.He read the reports she gave to him.

It was unusual how many crimes had been done last few months. It was disturbing. Some of those were newer seen before.

Man killed all of his family and later didn't knew why. That man was an Aes Sedai,he will be bound with the Binder but many in the Hall of the Servants wanted greater punishment. Some of them even suggested that he should been killed. It was disturbing to hear something like that.

Unusual accident's were happening everywhere.Jo Car exploded and killed three children that were sitting in it.Last week Sho Wing crashed into the Ocean just a little further of Adanza.

OOC: I thought you said no using known characters? You just broke your own rule lol.

IC: Zane watched in rapt interest as Gara was injected with the Chemical and covered in a complex weave of air, water and spirit. The Chemical reacted with the weave and Gara screamed as his skin began crawling and shifting. His whole body became a trembling mass of flesh as his muscles and skin and bone melded together and separated again, over and over, after several minutes Gara's mutation slowed and then stopped.

Gara, a normal human, had become a disjointed, sluglike mass of flesh, eyeless, limbless, mouthless lump of flesh. The experiment was close to working.

"Driver, please pull over.  There, beside that man in the green coat.", father Jonas pointed to the man that he was talking about.  The cabby banked left and let off from the acceleration pedal.  The cab gradually slowed to a crawl and neared the man in the green coat.  The cabby sounded his alerter and the man looked around at them quizzically.  When the cab finally halted, father Jonas hopped out and all but bolted toward the green coated man who had his arms full of groceries.

"JACKIE!!!  Don't you recognize me?  It's ME!!!  Jonas!!!".  The man stared for a moment then dropped his sack of lunch items.

"Jonas?  JONAS!!!".  Jackie grabbed Jonas in a huge bear hug.  "I thought you were DEAD!!!".  He held Jonas away from him and looked him all up and down.  The cabby asked if he should wait.  Jonas told him to put the ride on his tab and sent him on his way.  Jonas bent down to help Jackie pick up his stuff.  The jar of peanut spread looked good but Jonas knew the healers would have a fit if he had so much as a taste of the stuff.

"So, tell me Jonas, how did you get out of the belly of that whale?", Jackie smiled and picked up his jar of grape jam.  Jonas smiled back.  The "belly of the whale" that he referred to was a deep valley between two hills up near the front lines of the Battle of Vearshye.  That had been many years ago.  Many soldiers including those who could channel woke from their dreams in that valley.  It was vitally strategic for control of the Plain of Yezmia and the shadow forces had fought hard to retain it.  Pure luck or the Will of the Pattern was the only explanation Jonas had that he had been spared by being buried alive beneath a pile of bodies.  When all was silent he had channeled himself a tunnel to escape.

When all of the victuals had been collected the two men headed off for a mug of ale at Kelsey's tavern over on 14th street.  They had a lot of catching up to do.  Jonas was glad that he had spotted his old friend from so high up and at such great speed.  That had been more of the Pattern's work or luck depending upon how you looked at it.

"Impressive, but we need it to be less... volitile, and the victim needs to survive the proccess. Make it less unpredictable, and make it inhaleable." Zane stated with mild disdain, and Harlin gaped in shock. "B-but, i spent three years making that and perfecting the weave, now you want me to-"

"You do what i tell you to, and, more importantly, what my employers tell you to do. And they say to improve your formula. Good day, Nova." With that he once again swept out of the room with a contemptuous twirl of his black cloak.

Eleven mugs of ale or twelve.  Jonas had lost count.  His friend should have been under the table by now.  Instead, he talked with barely a slur.  Obviously, Jackie had grown immune to the affects of ale.  On the surface, anyway.  Jonas recognized the bulbous red nose.  His friend would not live this way much longer.  He wondered if he should say something.  No.  Now was not the time.

"I can't work under these conditions!" Harlin Nova, leading scientist of the Paaren Disen Institute of Advanced Biology, cried out in distress. Zane and his mysterious 'employers' were far too demanding, but they paid well.... perhaps too well to be legal. Oh well, money was money, no matter where it came from.

Shivering as he walked passed another blob of disjointed flesh that had been a living human being. It was the fourth victim after Gara, and small progress had been made, save for the victims becoming slightly less mutated every time. Harlin hated doing this to people, criminal or not, but it was strangley fascinating, in a sick, horrifying way.

"Prepare the next subject!" Harlin ordered as another gibbering "test subject" was brought into the reinforced test-room by a pair of burly gaurds. Dumping the victim in the centre of the room, the gaurds retreated and locked the door behind him. Frowning as he reluctantly prepared the Mutation Weave and lifted the needle up with a flow of air, Harlin sent the needle, containing the Chemical, straight for the victims arm.

Held with another scientists weaves, the poor man could do little but scream as the needle steadied itself and injected the Chemical into his veins. Howling in agony as the weave settled over him, the unfortunate victim began changing and shifting, becoming what looked like an elongated human with short, stubby arms and legs, no head, and several stunted tentacles and growths protruding from his discouloured flesh.
