"Want one?" the Dark entity asked, offering a half smoked joint.

 

"Uh .... sure, thanks. You know, you're not as bad as ..."

 

Al'Thor screamed as a Ruby hilted dagger slashed through his spine, and Padan Fain leaped from the shadows behind him.

 

"Now, Shai-dog, I want my MONEY!"

 

The Dark One laughed and reality rippled. Suddenly Fain's head was where his spleen should have been, and his spleen ... well, we wont go into that.

 

Then a knocking sound came through the shadows.

 

"Who next?" Shai'tan grumbled, and spun a gateway.

 

"HELLO, IT'S ME ... uh, I mean hey, it's me" The Creator said as he stepped through. "Mind if i join you? The Pattern unravelled again while you weren't paying attention."

 

"How did I get you for a lawyer anyway?" sighed Shai'tan ...

 

But wait ... if the Creator is his lawyer, who REALLY imprisoned him?
