I believe I have found a mistake...or Birgitte's been wearing lifts!

I will start by saying that I have early printings of these books.  I've looked on every site I could to see if this was addressed and fixed, but did not see it.  If anyone here has seen it addressed and/or corrected, please let me know. :)

 

It seems like Birgitte has shrunk in PoD, or RJ could not make up his mind on the girls' heights.  In tFoH, there are numerous references to Birgitte being taller than Elayne or Nynaeve.  (i.e. ch. 36, pg. 579 pb.  "The woman [birgitte] could not put her nose outside the wagon until she had something to wear, and she was taller than Elayne or Nynaeve") But in PoD, we get this:

 

(ch.1, pg 42 pb) "The raised heels of Birgitte's boots made her almost a hand taller than Nynaeve, if still shorter than Elayne or Aviendha."

 

Any comments?

Well according to http://wot.wikia.com, Elayne is 5'6", Birgitte is 5'7" (boots or lack thereof not specified:P), Nynaev is approx. 5'4". Honestly i couldnt give a flaming toss of the dice about it xD
