Two mor days for the Recipe Challenge

In order to give some folks the extra time they need, I'm extending the recipe challenge another two days.  The deadline is now Wednesday Sept 30.

well, the two more days didn't really work. I really suck at coming up with stuff :( I tried, but the cooks at work told me to not leave my dayjob....  :-[
