Question about Sheriam

I don't know if this has been asked before but who is the person that questioned Sheriam in the camp on it's way to Tar Valon before the meeting with Pelivar and the others.  I am assuming it is a darkfriend but not sure if it is someone from the Black Ajah or one of the Forsaken. It has to be from one of those two groups as they used the power on her to question her. I am thinking that it might possibly be Halima/Arangar, if it is one of the Forsaken.  If it is someone from the Black Ajah I am thinking that it may be Dalana.  Any thoughts?  But another thought comes to me as I am writing this.  Could it possibly be an Ashaman?  If it is, how do they know the location of the camp at that point in time?  Been bugging me for a while.

I am pretty sure Halima can be struck from the list of suspects, as she would have better means than violence to extract information from Sheriam.

 

Her comments strongly hints at a Sitter being responsible, which narrows it down a bit.
