KINTOBER IS HERE!! 

 

Ok, well so the Council is a bit late…but there is still time for all kinds of FUN!  And we think we’ve got a few ideas on just how the Kinster’s can do that!!!  There is no doubt that Kinster’s LOVE Halloween ..pumpkin carving, costumes, ghost stories and off course all the fun stuff that makes up the holiday!  Ursala asked what we’re going to do…ALL OF THEM!!!

 

Pumpkin Carving Contest

 

*a ghastly grin, waving a carving knife*  Join in the Carving fun!!!   Click on the link in this thread to create your own virtual Pumpkin creation!!  Remember to save it…the Council will vote on the best, scariest and most creative!  You have until the 30th..winners will be announced on Halloween!

 

What would Fall and Halloween be without a Hayride?  Boring that’s what!  Jump on the wagon, and join in the fun talking about Halloween!  What do you remember about Trick or Treating?  What are you favorite scary movies?  *grins*  Who knows where the conversation will go?  Don’t miss out on the adventure!

 

and in the dark the sound of swish PLOP swish Plop whispered through the trees…. And so begins the spooky story….*waggles eyebrows*  Well at least several ghost stories I heard around the campfire always had a swish plop sound in it!   Drop by the Ghost Story Game and add your unique twist, favorite scary character or spooky attribute!

 

SO…yes Ursuala..we are doing something for October!  Pumpkin carving!  Ghost Stories! Hayrides!!!!

All About Me!

Thanks to all of you who have taken the time to fill this out!  It’s been not just interesting..but also enlightening to learn more about all of you!  Those of you that haven’t filled this out….please take a few minutes and do it!

 

Raisings

We have, eight or nine people being raised this month, plus three new members to the Golden Needle Club..and two receiving their second Golden Needle!!  Be sure to congratulate them in the Knitting Circle!!
