Who said anything about getting him killed? I just think that it is better to share our information in public without all this cloak and dagger phooey. I tried the PM deal with him and all I got was a very political response "I know you are a partygoer, this is not a set up, we are working out some things and talking to people, so expect some results soon, so stay the course, a thousand points of light, no player left behind!" Sheeeesh, Moridin should run for US President!!!!

In a nutshell:

I have been as clear as I can be in regards to my plan. Several people have understood it and we are working together to get information ready for the thread.

Rushing this could lead to a mistake that gives the mafia an advantage, so we're trying too avoid that.

Rahvin, you are currently the only critic of the plan, and you are actively working against it and everybody who is taking part in it.

All of your posts are either critical, accusatory, or an effort to expose a weakness in a player. You are using every mafia tactic (metagaming, wifom, post bloating) you can think of to influence this game.

And, since you PM'd me and asked to be part of the group, and I told you that I knew you had been viewed as a party-goer, I see no reason in the world for you to continue your assault.

But you still do. :P

Actually, the only assault here is you and Lanny. I am just stating my opinion. Everyone else can think for themselves.....but I suspect that not everyone is buying into your plan as much as you are letting on.

Either way, you overreacted to me pointing out something that the MAD HATTER HIMSELF (may he drink tea forever) had posted. I was just pointing something out and you got all crabby. And sure as the rain in London, Lanny comes up right behind you barking at me as well.

You being unable to be killed doesn't PROVE anything other than there is something preventing you from dying. And you know I am a partygoer, but you continue to act threatened by my supposedly useless posts. If I really had nothing to say, you would just ignore me for the MAD HARE that I am....but you don't.

And what is so dangerous to tell in public that the mafia can use? The basic rule in any mafia game is for the innocents to come forward and share information. Course, that's usually when there are no PMs involved, but if you have something to say, why not say it here? If you have figured out how to win this game for the innocents, why not share it here in public with those of us who are less inclined to follow a grumpy dictator?

It has been looked at, and all parties involved feel like it is more beneficial than potentially harmful to release the following information. It comes from a player who claims to be a Coroner. They are able to view dead players roles and alignments:

Ishamael- Alice in wonderland, partygoer, roleless

Halima- Cheshire Cat, solo win, could submit a night kill once per night, invisibilty ("other than night killing type actions, any role used upon her would have no effect")

Taim- Doormouse, partygoer, roleless

Asmodean- Nick Andros, partygoer, mute (could only post with pics except to vote)

Cyndane- Rincewind, solo win, "had the option to submit a night kill, by leting loose the luggage on someone but there was a 50/50 chance it would turn and kill her instead"

Aginor- "aginnor was orsino the unrequited lover. he loved oliva, but she didnt love him back (if the player named oliva was lynched or night killed then he would die and she would survive. he was not alowed to reveal this role", partygoer.

If anyone has any 'Ah-Ha!' realizations, please PM to me first. You obviously always have the power to post the information, but I can tell you that there are many plays in progress and we want to avoid giving the mafia any advantage, or giving any of our players away.

Now that wasn't so bad now was it? *pours tea for Moridin and Lanny* See, now we can all be friends. I'm still not so sure about the PM you part, but that's just my opinion...and you know what they say about people and opinions. They are like.....uh....mouths...everyone has one. Some are bigger than others, of course....but everyone has one. Yes....*sips tea* ohh, Lemon and arsenic! Very nice!

he's being very useful to the mafia, obviously because they haven't killed him. they like the sparring, so i'm done with it. say whatever you want rahvy.

Post Bloater: One who intentionally posts information of no apparent value to the game in order to confuse, distract, and hide other more useful information by creating volume.

Mafia technique. Any innocent player who truly wanted a question answered would have an open mind about that answer. And, as we know, Rahvin is as active as anyone off using thread communication. I find it impossible that no one has convinced him to calm down or post more thoughtfully.

I suspect he has a solo-win condition, just like the other players. And, Mesaana is the only roled player to have announced any information about him. She says he was roleless - no one else has. I do find it odd that she is so supportive of his side. I also have another reason to be suspicious of both of them.

But first, I am going to list some of the roles that have been revealed to me thus far:

Coroner - receives information about dead players.

Curser - has the ability to assign a PR to a player.

Doubler - has the ability to double anyone's role for a day cycle.

I have spoken to Mesaana by PM. As a token of goodwill and trust, I revealed to her that she is next in line to have her role doubled. I also asked her not to steal my role, for obvious reasons. I reveal this now because I will absolutley announce if my role is stolen, and make it clear that no one that has the best interest of the party-goers would do that.

Having said that, I don't necessarily find Mesaana guilty. I am just unclear of her motivations. This is furthered by another request I received from her. She asked that I share the part of my role that describes what to beware of.

I explained that I felt that this would be giving away a potential weak spot in myself, even if I don't know what that may be (Taking into account that Loki may well have included it for a reason or a role).

Then, Rahvin posts the exact same information and challenges everyone else to do the same.

I do not feel like this is a coincidence. I am not inclined to share this info.

Rahvin, you keep going on about the Rand comments and my grumpiness. I don't care that you made an observation, nor do I care about anything you have pointed out so far. I do care that you are probing me, looking for info, after I have announced that I can provide an invaluable service to the innocents. It would make sense that I do have a weakness, even if i don't know it per say, and I feel very strongly that you are trying to find it.

I have proven this with providing information, and can continue to provide more, which is probably what you are trying to prevent. You continue to mock players and posts, but make no contribution to the game yourself. Not good.

Mesaana, I have no reason to oppose you and every reason to work with you. But you need to clear up why you feel like you should support Rahvin, and what your theory is regarding the "beware" posts. You have a powerful role, and if you are a party-goer, you have an excellent opportunity to help your team. Please consider this.

I shared mine, i just want that last bit. The "Watch out for - " part. Because I just want to see if it's in any connection to how a person dies when they're killed. If so, than Taim was protected day 1 I think it was, but killed the next night I think it was. seems to me that inanimate objects were the death of those that didn't have a role that would have an major effect on the game.

For example: I have to look out for Owls; Rahvin has to look out for pogo sticks.

And if theory stands correct that's why you always get attacked by headgethings. But than again this is only a theory. One I would have like to kept to myself until I had solid evidence. But since you don't seem to know why I asked, and had to post it here I've explained it here.

So, Moridin...if you do have a weakness that someone could exploit, then you are not truly invulnerable. By that rationale, you could still be Mafia and the game remain balanced....all we have to do is learn your weak spot. Am I making sense?

Also, have we given up on looking at the signifigance of the vials? Seems like the only way to heal or night kill someone is downing those *cough* tasty concoctions. :P

How can a player in perfect health without a play restriction not agree that if Moridin has a weakness then he is not completely invulnerable?

Clearly you're mistaken what my theory is about. I wasn't trying to find a WEAKNESS I was trying to find a CONNECTION. I doubt that these things are WEAKNESS only LINKS IN A CONNECTION. I didn't ask for anything but that small bit, only to see if it's what I think it is. If so it would benefit the innocent because than they would know weather the person killed had a role that effected more than him/herself.

It’s night and the unfamiliar stars glisten and twinkle overhead the little tent hamlet that has sprang up. Most sleep in the tents, but there are more than a few night larks wandering about. Almost all are watching the scene that on the other side of the fire. A figure, made shadowy by the fire, is cradling a corpse with a badly reattached head. It even seems to be answering back, but still it doesn’t look like it well last much longer despite the efforts taken. You know its over when a loud keening scream is released upon the close night air, perhaps it is time to leave people alone with their grief, you think as you drift away.

Later on you hear another screaming. This one is different. Then it becomes muffled and eventually stops. You follow the strange odour to its source, Osan’gar. It seems he had been tied down, and had red hot cheese melted onto his face. Cheese with holes in, you notice. It’s hard to tell what killed him, the burn trauma, suffocation, or the shock of seeing cheese with actual holes in. you’ve only just survived that yourself.

Your not sure if you can take much more, but thankfully its nearly morning. Time to make your way back to the tent. You sigh as you get back to your tent, but the relief turns to despair, the place is a mess like a small but powerful bomb went off nearby, they’ll be no rest for you it seems tonight. In the midst of the wreckage there is a piece of celery, and a rabid chipmunk gnawing on it. Both are covered in blood.
