Well, now that we have that out of the way I suppose we should be getting along with things.  And all I can really say at the moment is this: you can't see the full picture unless you have all of the pieces of the puzzle.  I am in a unique and excellent position to help bring all of the pieces together. I'm happy to explain more, but I am sure a few people have questions first. I will answer anything that I am able to. And, you are all forgiven!  ;D

I'm happy to deny it. I had no vial nor was I healed. I was lynched and stoned but "survived".

 

I also need everyone to know that I am not trying to play games, but I am limited as to what I can say. Confirming and denying things is pretty good though.

Well, right now I see it like this: We have no way of knowing who is who, or what alignment anyone is. The only solid evidence that we do have are game events and posts. Anyone could say that they are anyone and introduce real or false information into the game.  Agreed?

 

So, Ari, if you have important info that you are comfortable sharing, then you can do so. But if you are not comfortable sharing it, you should keep it until you are sure that it can help.

 

I'm happy to talk on the thread or by PM. Whatever people are comfortable with.

I have a pretty basic question for you, Moridin.  If you didn't have a vial, and you weren't healed, how the heck did you survive the lynch?

 

BTW - I didn't vote for you because I do not believe you are evil.  You appear to be helping the innocents, so I'm definitely not going to vote for somebody helping me out.  :)

(according to the information i have been given, that is all but confirmed)

taim was innocent, halima was not so much. if taim really was banking on a symp knowing the mafia, the mafia not knowing their symp, and the mafia didn't know each other (as i suspect) that play makes a load more sense considering how it came about and played out.

 

moridin and taim, while both excellent players of the same caliber... seem to butt heads on theories and how they should be worked and played out. this is a prime example of one of those situations. not that being able to elaborate it at this point helps as much as it could have yesterday.

Wouldn't our Coroner only get info on DEAD people?  That being what a coroner is and all. 

 

There has to be a finder role out there somewhere, wheher just connected to the vials or not I don't know.  Anyone want to tell us what they found out with a finder vial?  (That was the green one wasn't it?)

Moridin, you truly have the DO's luck......I know it is hard to trust anyone in the game of mafia, but do hope that some people have learned their lessons from this.

 

Never one to not be a hypocrite, but I do think at this point we should bring everything out in the open.  If you have something to hide at this point, you are likely mafia. This isn't an info exchange, this is an info compilation.  If anyone who is not mafia knows something, anything, of value, then this is the place to post it...not pm.

 

Now, I do wish we looked at pushing for a NO LYNCH instead of Moridin, and we should consider as such after we survive the night.  Lanny, if you survive the night, and the Mafia choose to Night Kill someone else, I do hope that you would share your coroner info.

How is it you are so sure? I was very sure Loki was innocent in the last Mafia game and look where that got us. What maes Moridin "LIKELY" to be innocent in your eyes?

no matter how guilty it makes me look, i believe that someone set up moridin. i think it's a bad idea to kill him, but i don't think that matters anyway as it's happening regardless.

I have a theory here folks.....I submit to you all the following:

 

We are ALL Mafia!  Each one of us is a character from a different work of literature.  I'm from Alice in Wonderland as the Mad March Hare.  Others of you are from other works of literature, such as Terry Brooks First Knight of Shannara, or the Young Wizards series, or even 12th Night. 

 

I submit to you all that we are on MAFIA TEAMS and that the goal hear is to be the surviving book based team.  It would explain a lot of things, including why everyone who has died so far has not been "MAFIA" per se. 

 

If you are a character from ALys in Wonderland, be sure to PM me immediately.  We have to discuss strategy. If you are not, then those of you who have shared info with me in the past, I will protect your identities, but for everyone else? ITS ON!

I have a strict role restriction that does not allow me to explain this. But I can confirm that it was not a vial, or a healer.

This is true - Taim and I do have very different perspectives on the game. On a personal note, I love when "Taim" plays because it is always such an excellent challenge. And, he makes fewer mistakes than I do.  ;) But that is neither here nor there. What is important is that I do take into account that when I named Taim as mafia, I also accept that I could be mistaken. I was asked the same question by Semi in a PM, and she is free to post my response if she likes.

 

Now, if this is true, it is important because the Coroner is our only source of information about dead players. I am hoping that since I "died" that the mod may allow a viewing of me. Buyt i have no idea if this will be allowed or not.

 

What's important is that the Coroner not reveal (unless we reach a stage in the game where we are about to lose). If they can figure out a way to get information to the people through another player, that is a different story.

If the Coroner is a real player and role, and they received conflicting reports on Halima and Taim, then I don't see how this could be possible. But that's a big if.

my belief is still that the mafia are serial killers one and all. they wouldn't know each other in that case. they would have night kills for certain nights rather than being able to act together. if anyone sees a flaw in this, please shout it out. we need to be working together.

Maybe I wasn't clear in what I was asking.  I am not asking you to reveal the identity of the coroner (even if it is you), I am asking you to reveal the findings so far.  Also, if Moridin did technically "die," did the coroner get a read on him?
