trakand_01
I like Rand, mainly because he's the first character i really paid attention to, for obvious reasons. but coming up a very close second is Mat, I think he's a fantastic character, very well written indeed and I hope BS manages to continue the very indepth character we have of him. Guest Dreadlord
Theres too many on the list I like for different reasons. I like Rand because he doesnt do everything perfectly-the best heroes have flaws and Rand certainly has his. At one point Rand thinks to himself that to a non=channeller Rand or any Ashaman is "a weapon more deadly than they can imagine." He also thinks to himself that he could crush 5000 men like so many moths with the Power; I have been waiting for him to say something like that for ages! I like Mat because he seems to have a lot of very different things going for him. It seems like Mat is more miscellaneous than Rand or Perrin. If that doesnt make sense then call me a loony or whatever The Aiel, simply because everything they do revolves around fighting or preparing to fight. And while Ji'e'toh is strange its a good idea, I like it. The Ashaman. I like the ones that Rand trusts, its like Rand is working towards the Hundred Companions-Narishma and Flynn are both good=Narishma because he is mentioned in the prophecies and could have a good part to play yet, Flynn because of his Talent for Healing. Dashiva. I was really surprised to find out he was Osan'gar, what a brilliant twist. Mazrim Taim. The legendary. What a guy! He is singlehandedly turning the Black Tower, the biggest weapon in the world, against Rand. And finally Moridin, who plays both sides of the war, the biggest manipulator of them all. I cant wait to find out what happens regarding his link with Rand
