Perhaps driving in russia is unsafe like that, trucks appearing out of nowhere.

Yeah, that puzzled me the first time I saw it, too.

 

I figure the second truck must have been skidding off camera from left to right, and hit the right wall at high speed just behind the first truck, literally bouncing off the wall and pushing the first truck to the left with the ricochet as it plowed into it.
